Dear Distinguished delegates, Partners, and Members of the MUN Community,

My name is Orkhon Zuchi, and it is my greatest honour to be serving as your Secretary-General for the inaugural Tomujin Alternative School Model United Nations 2026 Conference. Having begun my own Model UN journey as a delegate, it is incredibly fulfilling to come full circle and now host the very kind of conference that first sparked my passion for diplomacy, debate and global affairs at large. What started as me stuttering in a committee session has grown into a responsibility to create opportunities for others to discover that same spark.

On behalf of our dedicated Secretariat and committed staff, I am proud to welcome you to TASMUN 2026. This conference is founded on the ambition to redefine the MUN scene in Mongolia and deliver to you, the most competitive, rigorous, and intellectually demanding school-level conferences in the country.

The conference you will be participating in, is the result of months of planning, teamwork and unwavering commitment from individuals who believe deeply in the idea of empowering youth leadership. To our chairs, staff, and partners, thank you for transforming our vision into reality. And to our delegates, thank you for placing your trust in us and choosing to become part of TASMUN’s very first chapter.

As we begin this journey together, I encourage you to be bold in your speeches, engrossed in your negotiations, and respectful in your disagreements. Step beyond your comfort zone because that is where meaningful growth resides.

Dear Delegates,

Greetings, my name is Brando, and it is with immense pride and honor that I serve as your Director-General for the first-ever Tomujin Alternative School Model United Nations Conference.

Hosting an inaugural conference is both a challenge and a privilege. Model United Nations is more than a simulation, it is a space where your views are challenged, confidence is built, and individuals come together to engage with the wider world beyond themselves.

I look forward to seeing the passion, dedication, diplomacy, and collaboration that each of you will bring into your committees. Whether you are a seasoned delegate or participating for the first time, I am more than confident that this conference will push you to grow as a speaker, a thinker, and a diplomat. The success of this conference doesn’t rest in just procedures or resolutions, but in the commitment and energy of the delegates who give it life.

As the first session of Tomujin Alternative School MUN, this conference marks the beginning of something new. I sincerely hope that it will be an experience you carry with you, one that inspires curiosity, confidence, and a deeper appreciation for global affairs.
